3 perfect targets for the Browns with the No. 41 pick in the NFL Draft

Rashard Lawrence, Defensive Tackle, LSU

Finally, the Browns need to spend some time trying to upgrade their defensive line with some young talent. At this stage of the draft, there is one guy that would fit very well in Cleveland. That prospect would be LSU defensive tackle Rashard Lawrence.

Lawrence helped lead the Tigers to a National Championship win over the Clemson Tigers. In 2019 with LSU, Lawrence totaled 28 tackles to go along with 2.5 sacks, a forced fumble, and three defended passes. Back in 2018, however, Lawrence racked up 54 total tackles, four sacks, and three defended passes.

His numbers don’t pop off the charts, but they are solid. Add in the fact that he is 6-foot-2 and 308 pounds and the Browns should absolutely have interest. He would be a project, but he is a project worth bringing on at No. 41 in the NFL Draft.
