3 perfect wide receiver options for the Ravens in the 2020 NFL Draft

1. Justin Jefferson

Again, with the No. 28 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, there’s a decent chance that the Ravens select a wide receiver. When the Ravens finish their scouting reports on this class, Justin Jefferson is a name that will likely be at the top of their list.

During the 2019 college football season, everyone was enamored with the season that Joe Burrow had at LSU. On the receiving end of Burrow’s historic season, Jefferson was consistently an unstoppable force for opposing defenses.

To end his collegiate career, Jefferson corraled 111 receptions for 1,540 yards and 18 touchdowns. Despite his efforts, Jefferson’s teammate—Ja’Marr Chase—won the Fred Biletnikoff Award for being the nation’s top wide receiver.

After selecting Brown in last year’s draft, the Ravens need a wide receiver that can do more than stretch the field vertically. While Jefferson is capable of creating big plays, he is also lethal on intermediate routes.

Having played in LSU’s offense in 2019, Jefferson would fit perfectly in Baltimore’s offensive scheme. The Ravens aren’t going to find many more receivers that are suited for their offense more than Jefferson.
