3 players the Bills could target at No. 54 in the 2020 NFL Draft

Jonathan Greenard

As previously mentioned, the Bills lost Shaq Lawson in free agency, with him staying in the AFC East, signing with the Miami Dolphins. While Buffalo replaced him with Mario Addison, Buffalo could still use more firepower off of the edge.

Just last season, the Bills finished with 44 sacks as a defense (12th most in the NFL). To make sure they have another productive year in the sack department, it would be wise for Buffalo to consider selecting an edge rusher in the second round.

Among the pass rushers who could be available when the Bills are on the clock, Jonathan Greenard could be someone on their radar. Greenard, who transferred from Louisville to Florida in 2019, went out with a bang in his final collegiate season.

In his lone season at Florida, Greenard racked up 10 sacks, 16 tackles for loss, and three forced fumbles. Despite needing to develop more as a pass rusher, Greenard could be utilized as a rotational defender in Buffalo’s defense.
