3 players the Falcons could target at No. 47 in the 2020 NFL Draft

The 2020 NFL Draft is less than one week away, leaving the Atlanta Falcons — and the other 31 teams — with only a few more days to produce a plan for the draft. Even after a semi-active free agency, the Falcons still have a few areas on their roster that need to be addressed this offseason.

In the days leading up to the draft, there’s been a growing belief that Atlanta is attempting to trade up from the No. 16 pick in the first round (you can check out the possible players they are trying to trade up for here). When looking at their roster, it’s apparent that they are keen on trading up for an interior defender or a cornerback.

After the Falcons make a selection in the first round, their next pick will be the No. 47 pick in the second round. What Atlanta does with the 47th overall pick is completely dependent on what they decide to do in the first round.

If Atlanta chooses to go with a cornerback in the first round, that likely means they will have their sights on a different position in round two. With that being said, let’s take a look at three players the Falcons could target with the No. 47 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
