3 players the Las Vegas Raiders should try to trade for this offseason

2. Xavier Rhodes, Cornerback, Minnesota Vikings

One of the most intriguing players that could be on the trade block this offseason is Vikings’ cornerback Xavier Rhodes. Minnesota will be looking to clear some cap space and Rhodes has fallen off a bit over the last couple of years.

In 2019, Rhodes compiled 63 tackles, one forced fumble, and six defended passes. He didn’t record a single interception, which was a bit concerning for the Vikings.

Rhodes is 29 years old and there is no denying that he was one of the top cornerbacks in the game just a couple years ago. The Raiders should take a shot on him. He would have two years left on his contract and could help turn the Raiders’ defense around.
