1. Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Wide Receiver, Green Bay Packers

Finally, the Raiders could take a shot on a young wide receiver like Marquez Valdes-Scantling. He did not have the breakout season with the Green Bay Packers that many were expecting and he could be available this offseason for a late-round draft pick.

Valdes-Scantling caught 26 passes for 452 yards and two touchdowns in 2019 with the Packers. Las Vegas would be playing him alongside Tyrell Williams and Hunter Renfrow, with Darren Waller being one of the most talented tight ends in the game.

There is no question that Valdes-Scantling has the potential to be something special. Perhaps joining Gruden in the Raiders’ offense would be what the doctor ordered to get him back on track.
