3 positions the Dolphins still need to address this offseason

Running back

Besides the boatload of money the Dolphins spent on their defense, they added a few notable players to their offense. Among the offensive players, Miami chose to add Jordan Howard to their backfield in 2020.

The Dolphins signed Howard to a two-year, $9.75 million contract to aid in the team’s rushing attack. Even though signing Howard was a decent move for Miami, they could benefit from adding another running back this offseason.

This past season, Kalen Ballage and Patrick Laird saw expanded roles in the running game. However, Ryan Fitzpatrick somehow ended up leading the team in rushing, with a mere 243 yards.

Taking that into consideration, the best bet for the Dolphins is to add another running back in the 2020 NFL Draft. Also, with Howard’s recent injuries, it would be wise for Miami to make sure they have someone else to rely on.
