Finally, the Packers could turn to a former villain for the help they need on the defensive line. Ndamukong Suh wouldn’t be “cheap,” but he also would not be as expensive as he has been in years past.
Suh is coming off of a season with the Buccaneers that saw his production dip a bit. He recorded 41 tackles, 2.5 sacks, four fumble recoveries, and four defended passes. Gone are the days of him being one of the most dominant defensive linemen in the league.
However, on a one-year deal in Green Bay, Suh could give the Packers exactly the kind of impact they need. Clark and Suh would wreck opposing offensive lines. It’s worth looking into.
