Cornerback Logan Ryan still remains a free agent despite the NFL’s tampering window opening up two weeks prior. The former Tennessee Titan defender finds himself coming off a career year in which he recorded 113 tackles, four interceptions, 18 pass breakups and four forced fumbles.
Ryan incumbents versatility as he holds experience playing outside the numbers as well as inside at the nickel position. Last year, he played nearly every defensive snap for Mike Vrabel’s defense, tallying a total of 99.1 percent of snaps throughout last season, per Pro Football Reference.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Ryan isn’t opposed to taking a one-year deal but is currently seeking a contract of at least $10 million annually.
His market isn’t what many had anticipated weeks ago, however, Ryan’s ability will still be highly sought after despite not drawing a large haul of interest early on.
