Buffalo Bills
With plenty of money to spend and a potentially open AFC East division-title being the Buffalo Bills’ for the taking, it’s important they do whatever it takes to reinforce their roster. They already made a splash by landing Stefon Diggs so they are clearly wanting to make a push.
After losing Shaw Lawson and Jordan Phillips to free agency, there is a need for the Bills to add more pass rush talent. They did sign Marlon Addison from the Carolina Panthers but it would help to have another edge rusher with versatility in sub-packages like Markus Golden.
By adding a pass rusher in free agency, the Bills would be able to focus on furthering their rebuilding efforts at other parts of their roster. One area of focus could be to continue to solidify their offensive line to help give Josh Allen more time to throw.
With an estimated $22.8 million remaining in salary cap space, the Bills have more than enough cap space to get a deal with Golden done. This is an easier option than trying to make a run at Jadeveon Clowney or having to sacrifice even more draft capital in a possible Yannick Ngakoue trade.
