3 potential steals for the Packers in the third round of the NFL Draft

The Green Bay Packers are heading into the 2020 NFL Draft with quite a few thing they could focus on. Brian Gutekunst has done an excellent job of finding talent outside of the first round. He will need to do that again this year.

Most teams can find impact players in the first or second round. However, after those rounds, the success rate falls off dramatically. Over the years, the Packers have been hit-and-miss in the third round, but they fully trust Gutekunst to make the right decisions.

In the third round of the NFL Draft this year, the Packers hold the No. 94 overall pick. There are a few players that could be able to come in at that selection and compete for a role in their rookie season.

Needless to say, it will be entertaining to see which direction the Packers go and which players they bring in. They need more offensive weapons for Aaron Rodgers and they also need a lot of help defensively. Green Bay needs to bring in at least four or five players who can play roles if needed.

All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at three potential steals for the Packers to target in the third round of the NFL Draft.
