Quarterbacks who are mobile and run naturally get exposed to more hits, but those that are a threat with their legs add an element to their team’s offense.
Prescott and Wentz are both very athletic and mobile, but there’s a difference in raw rushing production.
Prescott has 21 rushing scores in four seasons, with an average of 5.1 yards per attempt and 99 first downs on 241 career attempts (3.8 attempts per game). Wentz has a similar amount of attempts (206; 3.7 per game), with three rushing scores and 73 first downs.
