2. Marcus Mariota Really Wasn’t Bad In 2019

Next up, when you actually look at the numbers, Mariota was not a bad quarterback for the Titans in 2019. Granted, his completion percentage was pretty poor, but the rest of his numbers look solid. New England could help him with with his completion percentage.

Giving him a fresh start in a new offense with a coaching staff that knows how to get the most out of their players would be an ideal situation. Mariota needs a team that can offer him coaching and development.

That isn’t a diss on Mike Vrabel and the Titans. It’s simply honesty about how good the Patriots have been at developing talent. New England would be a perfect landing spot for Mariota.
