Foles gives Chicago a better chance to win now

Just two seasons ago, the Bear went 12-4 and seemed like a team to be reckoned with for years to come. They lost in heart breaking fashion to Foles’ Eagles in the wildcard round of the playoffs that year and never seemed to bounce back. The nucleus of that team is still present, they just need someone to breathe some fresh air into it.

Along with an absolutely stacked defense, the Bears also have some solid talent on the offensive side of the ball. Allen Robinson is coming off a 1,000 yard season from the wide receiver position. Running back Tarik Cohen may be coming off a bit of a down year, but he still has x-factor qualities out of the backfield. The team also brought in wideout Tedd Ginn Jr. and tight end Jimmy Graham to add some playmaking ability to Nagy’s offense.

Trubisky failed to get much out of this group last season, whereas Foles has a track record of getting the most out of his supporting cast.
