3 reasons the Falcons should consider trading Julio Jones

The Falcons Need To Get A Good Pick

In my opinion, the worst place a team can finish at the end of the season is being the 14th through the 18th worst team in football. These teams typically were out of the playoff hunt and had been eliminated for several weeks, but did just well enough that they are not looking at the best players in the NFL Draft.

Unless that team is a team that is young and starting to open their window of contention, it makes for a slow and painful rebuild.

Atlanta is on track right now to end up with one of the best players in the 2021 NFL Draft, and they should do everything they can to keep it that way.  Getting rid of your best players like Julio Jones is a pretty sure way to ensure that you keep losing. Unfortunately for the Falcons, downwards is the only way upwards.
