The Oakland Raiders are no more, as the offseason of change has come to the franchise. In 2020, the team will be the Las Vegas Raiders and will be starting a new era of football. While the city is changing, the team remains the same.

Jon Gruden and the Raiders nearly made a playoff run this season out of the blue. In what was expected to be another rough season, the team showed a lot of promise for the future. There is a ton of excitement surrounding them and they can add even more excitement this offseason.

How can they add more excitement? Quite frankly, they need to continue adding to their youth movement. The Raiders have been drafting well and Mike Mayock will be looking to do the same this offseason.

Las Vegas holds the No. 12 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. There are going to be quite a few impact players available when they are on the clock. One of those players could be Oklahoma Sooners wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.
