2. Derek Carr Is Much, Much Better

Next up, the Raiders already have a starting quarterback on their roster. Derek Carr may have taken a step back from being one of the league’s elite rising talents, but he is still a quality quarterback who deserves more credit.

Quite simply, the Raiders are in a much better position with Carr leading the way. He is a better quarterback and a better leader. Going from Carr to Winston would be a massive downgrade.

Carr can rise to the occasion when it comes to film, leadership, and intelligence on the field. He puts up solid numbers and still has the potential to turn back into a star. Las Vegas should stick with him.
