Signing Tom Brady is going to sound intriguing to every single team that may have a need at the quarterback position. Las Vegas is a team that could end up competing for a playoff spot, but they are not a Super Bowl caliber team just yet.
Las Vegas has to make quite a few moves over the next couple of offseason to become a playoff caliber football team. Brady isn’t going to be the guy that comes in and is the one missing piece that makes the Raiders contenders again.
While it would be a lot of fun for the Raiders to bring in Brady, sticking with Carr makes much more sense. They are building the right way and need to continue doing so.
