Ross Blacklock, TCU
Ross Blacklock should still be on the board late in the first when the Titans are on the clock. At 6-foot-3 and 290 pounds, Blacklock would be a solid fit in Tennessee’s 3-4 base scheme.
He presents a lot of upside as an interior pass rusher. He brings a lot of athleticism to the position, as he’s able to generate speed to power with ease and has an array of pass rushing moves in his arsenal.
He’s not as stout in the run game, though, which is why he’ll likely still be around at the end of the first round. That could present some problems at the next level, but he still projects as a day one starter during his rookie season.
Don’t be surprised at all if Tennessee pulls the trigger on this guy with their No. 29 pick.
