Ben Roethlisberger is back and the Pittsburgh Steelers are hoping to get back to the postseason in 2020. While there are still a ton of questions to answer, getting their franchise quarterback back on the field is a huge step in the right direction.

There are some major concerns surrounding Roethlisberger’s healthy after a serious elbow injury. It’s never easy to come back from an elbow injury for a quarterback. Not to mention, Big Ben is 38 years old and aging slows down recovery.

During the 2019 season with the Steelers, Roethlisberger ended up playing in just two games. Back in 2018, however, Roethlisberger showed he still has some good football left in him. In that season, he completed 67 percent of his pass attempts for 5,129 yards, 34 touchdowns, and 16 interceptions.

Obviously, the turnover numbers need to come down, but it was still a season that showed he can put up big numbers. Roethlisberger no longer has Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell supporting him. But, he does have JuJu Smith-Schuster, James Conner, and other talents around him.

All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at three stats the Steelers and fans should be expecting from Ben Roethlisberger in 2020.
