2. Chicago Must Draft An Offensive Lineman In The Second Round

Due to the Khalil Mack trade with the Oakland Raiders, the Bears will not have a first-round pick unless they trade for one. That leaves the second round as Chicago’s opportunity to get a young offensive lineman.

There are quite a few options the Bears could choose from, but one of the best would be Matt Hennessy from Temple. He could be available with the second of two second-round pick in this draft for Chicago.

Keeping Trubisky upright and healthy long-term should be the main goal for Chicago. They would be wise to invest in young talent on the offensive line. Whether it’s Hennessy or another prospect, the Bears should focus on drafting an offensive lineman.
