Green Bay Packers
Green Bay doesn’t have a ton of cap space to work with this offseason, so they’ll probably only be able to make one splash signing in free agency. They’ve never been the type of team to spend big during the offseason, but the prospect of pairing Amari Cooper with DaVante Adams could persuade the Packers to go against the norm.
Aside from Adams, Green Bay didn’t have another wideout go over 40 catches or 500 yards last season. Their passing offense became very predictable with Adams being the only legitimate threat on the outside.
Geronimo Allison is also set to become a free agent, leaving a hole to fill at wideout. Whether the team decides to address that need through free agency or the draft is yet to be determined, but adding Cooper would surely upgrade their receiving corps as well as give Aaron Rodgers another elite pass catcher to throw to.
