3 things Redskins QB Dwayne Haskins must focus on this offseason

Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports

The Redskins Need Him To Be More Of A Leader

In the NFL, teams need their quarterbacks to be the primary leader of their team. While Dwayne Haskins absolutely has the qualities needed to be a leader, there are still so many ways he needs to improve those skills.

Washington is in the middle of a rebuild and they brought in Haskins to be the face of their franchise. That is a huge commitment from the team. Now, Haskins needs to show progress.

Haskins needs to come back in 2020 with a much more vocal mindset. He needs to get the team behind him and playing for him. If he does that, the Redskins should take a big step forward.
