3 way-too-early bold predictions for Austin Hooper with the Browns

The Cleveland Browns made a massive splash soon after the free agency negotiation window opened by adding star tight end Austin Hooper. He is now the highest-paid tight end in the NFL and the Browns have add yet another elite weapon to their offense for quarterback Baker Mayfield.

Hooper will be joining an offense that already featured Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry. Both receivers elite and the Browns now have an elite tight end.

In 2019 with the Atlanta Falcons, Hooper caught 75 passes for 787 yards and six touchdowns. Not bad for a tight end. It is even more impressive that he recorded those numbers in just 13 games.

Cleveland has to be excited about their new weapon. At 6-foot-4 and 254 pounds, Hooper has top-notch athleticism and speed for his position. Kevin Stefanski loves utilizing tight ends and Hooper is going to be a stud.

Let’s take a look at three way-too-early bold predictions for Hooper with the Browns in 2020.
