3. The Falcons Go Out And Sign Dante Fowler Jr.

Next up, the Falcons are going to be looking to make a splash on the defensive side of the football in free agency. Atlanta has already announced that they will not try to re-sign Vic Beasley, which could lead to another big free agent being brought in.

Dante Fowler Jr. had a huge season for the Los Angeles Rams in 2019. He racked up 58 total tackles, 11.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, and six defended passes. That production would look awfully good on the Falcons’ defense.

Atlanta cannot afford to be stingy anymore. Quinn and general manager Thomas Dimitroff are on the hot seat, which will lead to opening up the checkbook a bit. Fowler should be one of their priorities in free agency.
