3. Carolina Steals Austin Hooper From The Falcons In Free Agency
With the departure of Greg Olsen, the Panthers now have a need at the tight end position. In order to fill that void, Carolina should see no better option than to steal Austin Hooper from the Atlanta Falcons.
Hooper is set to hit the open free agency market and is going to be coveted by quite a few teams. In 2019 with the Falcons, he caught 75 passes for 787 yards and six touchdowns. His skill-set would look really good in Carolina.
Whoever the quarterback ends up being, especially if it’s a rookie, having a tight end like Hooper would be huge. His size, speed, and athleticism would make for a perfect security blanket. Carolina should pursue Hooper heavily when free agency opens.
