4 bold offseason predictions for the Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns entered the 2019 NFL season as one of the favorites to win Super Bowl 54. After years of struggling, things finally seemed to be turning around. Unfortunately, the season ended up being more of the same for the Browns.

When everything was said and done, Cleveland finished with a 6-10 record and missed the playoffs. It was a brutal scene to watch for the fans. Now, they know that they need to add some pieces and make some tough decisions this offseason.

Baker Mayfield struggled in his second NFL season. A good portion of his struggles had to do with the poor coaching from Freddie Kitchens. The Browns have already addressed that by firing Kitchens after just one season and hiring former Minnesota Vikings offensive coordinator Kevin Stefanski to be their new head coach.

Another player who was disappointing was Odell Beckham Jr., who was acquired in a blockbuster offseason trade. Cleveland also had disappointing seasons from quite a few players on the defensive side of the ball.

All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at four bold predictions for the Browns in the upcoming NFL offseason.
