4 bold offseason predictions for the New York Jets

The New York Jets are heading into a pivotal offseason for the future of their franchise. After making two huge moves last offseason by signing star running back Le’Veon Bell and star linebacker C.J. Mosley, there was a ton of excitement surrounding them. Unfortunately, that excitement turned to disappointment quickly.

When everything was said and done in 2019, the Jets finished with a 7-9 record and missed the playoffs. They know that they need to add more talent this offseason if they want to make a run at the postseason in 2020.

Sam Darnold is still a very talented young quarterback, but he needs more weapons to work with at wide receiver. Bell is still a star running back, but struggled in his first season back from taking a year off. A full offseason should help him get back up to speed.

New York will be one of the most interesting teams to watch this offseason. Whether they make big moves or simply focus on improving small areas, they need to do something.

All of that being said, here are four bold offseason predictions for the Jets.
