Finally, the Jets need to focus on keeping one of their own impending free agents. Robby Anderson has been the top target for New York over the last couple of years and he has shown major playmaking ability. The Jets cannot afford to lose that.
Anderson caught 52 passes for 779 yards and four touchdowns in 2019. Those numbers average out to a solid 15 yards per reception. Sam Darnold has great chemistry with Anderson and letting him walk would be a setback.
Plenty of teams around the league will have interest in signing Anderson. Despite the interest from other NFL teams, Anderson has interest in returning to the Jets and they will find a way to lock him up to a four-year contract.
