2. New York Keeps Le’Veon Bell For One More Season
Next up, there will be a ton of speculation about the future of Jets’ star running back Le’Veon Bell. At the trade deadline in 2019, New York was reportedly listening to trade offers for Bell. It was clear that Bell didn’t get along with Gase and that was a major issue.
However, the Jets know that star running backs don’t come around too often. Bell isn’t going to be traded when everything is said and done.
New York may listen to trade offers, but they won’t pull the trigger. Gase is going to have to work on his relationship with his star running back. Moving him would be a big mistake and the Jets aren’t going to make that mistake this offseason.
