2. Washington Passes Up On Chase Young To Trade Down

While Chase Young would be a massive addition for the Redskins, they have a ton of needs that must be addressed. Washington will pass up on Young and will instead opt to trade down for a team that is targeting the Ohio State star.

Trading down from the No. 2 pick will net the Redskins a ton of assets, both now and in the future. Washington can use all of those assets to bring in young players or make trades for current impact players.

No fan ever likes to see their team trade down, but it can be the best move at times. Rivera and the Redskins are confident that they can turn things around quickly and trading down will help them accomplish that goal.
