The Carolina Panthers are coming off their first win of the 2020 season, as Teddy Bridgewater and company defeated Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers.
Next, the Panthers will take on second-year sensation Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals. Murray and the Cardinals were off to a 2-0 start before a last-second loss to the Lions last week, so they’ll be looking to rebound against Carolina.
As with most teams facing the Cardinals, Carolina’s top priority will be to contain Murray. The former No. 1 pick has proven if you take away his passing options, he’s willing and able to beat you with his legs.
The Cardinals are averaging 25.7 points per game thus far, so the Panthers will need to keep pace offensively. If Bridgewater can utilize his passing game, and Matt Rhule can scheme up a creative running game, the Panthers offense will have a chance to keep Carolina in the game.
Here are four bold predictions for the Panthers against the Cardinals in Week 4.
