2. Baker Mayfield Dominates The Washington Defense
So far this season, Mayfield has completed 37 of his 62 pass attempts for 408 yards, three touchdowns, and two interceptions. Those numbers aren’t horrible, but they certainly aren’t what the Browns need. Cleveland needs bigger production from their third-year quarterback.
Mayfield will rise to the occasion this week against Washington. He will shred through the secondary for 330 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception. If the Browns can get the most out of Mayfield, they could be a serious playoff contender in the AFC.
1. Cleveland Moves To 2-1 With A Convincing Win
Even though they beat the Bengals last week, the win was not convincing at all. They struggled to close Joe Burrow and Cincinnati out in the fourth quarter. This week, that will not be the case.
The Browns are going to win this game in convincing fashion over Washington. We are predicting that the final score will end up being 35-21. That kind of a win is exactly what the Browns need moving into Week 4 against the Dallas Cowboys on the road.
