The Seattle Seahawks Will Only Allow 21 points
I know this prediction seems odd as they are going up against a Miami offense led by Ryan Fitzpatrick. But, keep in mind in last week’s game, Fitzpatrick tapped into some Fitz “Magic” completing 18 of 20 passes for 160 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Also, the Seattle secondary is injured and has been struggling on the year. They are currently allowing 430.7 yards through the air and 28.7 points per game. In Sunday’s game against the Dolphins, they will most likely be without all pro safety Jamal Adams, as he strained his groin in the victory over Dallas.
S Marquise Blair tore his ACL in Week 2 and Quinton Dunbar along with Lano Hill have been both dealing with some serious soreness that kept them sidelined in Week 3.
But, I just think this Seahawks defense will force some turnovers and capitalize on those mistakes as they always do. Last week, they forced Dak to throw 2 interceptions; 1 before half that led to points and the other one which sealed the game. They also forced a fumble, which later resulted in points.
I see this secondary answering the bell this week and hushing the critics who say this is the biggest weakness on the team.
