4 burning questions for the Arizona Cardinals entering training camp

The Arizona Cardinals are coming off a season that featured a 5-10-1 record and a last-place finish in the NFC West standings.

It has been a busy offseason for the Cardinals and they caught the attention of many from around the NFL at times. It began by trading for DeAndre Hopkins from the Houston Texans for what many considered a very favorable price.

The Cardinals made a variety of impactful additions on defense that should only help further improve its execution. They signed veterans De’Vondre Campbell, Devon Kennard, and Jordan Phillips in free agency and selected Isaiah Simmons with the No. 8 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

It won’t be easy to finish higher in their division standings next season. The San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks both remain playoff contenders while the Los Angeles Rams also have plenty of talent, too. Let’s just say that the Cardinals’ work will be cut out for them.
