Justin Jefferson Will Lead Rookies in Receiving

The former LSU Tiger was brought to Minnesota to be Stefon Diggs’ replacement. Playing opposite to Adam Thielen, Justin Jefferson will have his moments in 2020. Since making plays will be a reoccurring theme for Jefferson, watch him lead all rookies in receiving in 2020.

Not only does Jefferson possess the talent to catch 50-50 balls and have a knack for getting open as an inside target, he is in a good situation. He’s going to be coming into an offense that already has an identity. Plus, he’s going to play opposite to Thielen. The Vikings have enough options where everything won’t be on Jefferson’s shoulders and not too much weapons where he’ll be buried on the depth chart.

As the Vikings are equipped with a dangerous backfield that will be to Jefferson’s advantage as he could expose the opposing secondary when they stack the box in effort to stop the run.
