The Ravens Beat Up On Joe Burrow

There were concerns about the Bengals’ offensive line heading into this season. The unit has done nothing to dispel the notion that they’d underachieve and the latest showcase of this came against the Ravens.

The Ravens’ defense took full advantage of this poor Bengals offensive line. Joe Burrow ended up getting beat up by the opposition’s pass rush yet again. He got sacked a total of seven times and took no shortage of hits.

Burrow was rarely given many opportunities to cleanly throw the football and that resulted in him completing 19-of-30 (63.3%) pass attempts for 156 yards, no touchdowns, and one interception.

The Bengals clearly have something special in Burrow but the offense is not going to take the next step until the offensive line improves.
