3. Stefon Diggs Made a Statement
The Bills made a splash in the offseason to trade for Stefon Diggs from the Vikings. Now, he’s making a real impact for Buffalo as the team’s undisputed top offensive target.
It’s apparent the Bills found a real No. 1 receiver for their offense when they opted to trade for Diggs from the Vikings. Providing a performance with eight catches, 153 receiving yards, and one touchdown grab was a great way for Diggs to display his talent.
There is clear chemistry being established between Diggs and his quarterback, Josh Allen. It’s still quite early in the season, so seeing the QB-WR duo connect on so many throws already is fascinating. Meanwhile, opposing teams have to worry about an impressive defense, too.
Meanwhile, Kirk Cousins had a truly horrendous performance in what ended up being a flat offensive performance for the Vikings in a loss. It’s difficult to envision Diggs missing his time in Minnesota when considering the circumstances.
