The Titans managed to build on their advantage after halftime by outscoring the Bills by a 21-6 margin during this stretch. Overall, the results was a 42-16 win for Tennessee.

With this win, the Titans remain undefeated entering their Week 6 matchup with the Houston Texans. Meanwhile, the Bills fall to 4-1 and will take on the reigning Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs.
