Turnovers Destroyed The Buffalo Bills’ Chances
Entering their matchup with the Tennessee Titans, the Buffalo Bills limited their turnovers and improved the efficiency in their offense by a considerable margin. That wasn’t the case in Week 5.
Having three turnovers in a single-game is a troubling outcome regardless of any additional context. However, when factoring in that each of those set up considerable starting field position for the Titans made this situation substantially worse.
No team can afford to turn the ball over against a highly efficient offense like the Titans. It creates a very difficult margin for error to have to overcome that most teams are unable to transcend.
The Bills must take better care of the football when going up against the top teams in the AFC. That class of opponent has too high-octane of offenses to be able to keep up if they get extra opportunities with the football.
