2. What Happened To Calvin Ridley?

The start of the season Calvin Ridley managed to produce was highly impressive prior to this matchup. With Julio Jones playing hurt, the attention was on Ridley to step up.

Instead of raising his game, Ridley put together what was statistically his worst performance since entering the NFL— failing to come up with a single catch on five targets.

Entering this performance, Ridley had 21 catches, 349 yards, and four touchdowns— making him one of the NFL’s most productive receivers.

Jaire Alexander was tasked with slowing down Ridley and it’s safe to say he managed to do that. He took it a step further and managed to completely neutralize Ridley and that made it too difficult for the Falcons to overcome.
