Lamar Jackson Put On A Show For The Baltimore Ravens
The reigning NFL MVP plays a major role for the Baltimore Ravens on a weekly basis. Lamar Jackson elevated his team’s offense yet again with his outing against the Philadelphia Eagles being the latest showcase.
In the passing game, Jackson completed 16-of-27 (59.2%) pass attempts for 186 yards and one touchdown. While those numbers may not appear to be highly impressive, there’s more context to consider.
The ground-game was where Jackson shined the most. He recorded nine carries and gained 108 rushing yards and one touchdown— outproducing even Miles Sanders when stacking up each major category.
The Ravens’ offense slowed down in the second half, but the 37-yard touchdown run for Jackson ended up keeping them ahead in the end. It proved to be just enough.
