Seattle Seahawks Overcome A Terrible First Half

There wasn’t much going right for the Seahawks in the first half of this game. They failed to put a single point on the scoreboard while allowing the Vikings to score 13 points of their own.

Instead of allowing a poor first half to build into an unrecoverable situation, the Seahawks turned things around in a hurry.

After having a three-and-out on their first drive of the second half, the Seahawks managed to score a touchdown on three consecutive drives. Putting up 21 points in the third quarter proved to be a vital element to Seattle’s comeback efforts.

It’s not easy for most teams to overcome a double-figure deficit or to pull off game-winning drives. It’s the sign of a great team to be able to pull out victories even when things aren’t exactly clicking.
