1. Minnesota’s 100-Yard Trio

For Minnesota to snap their losing streak, the Vikings needed a big day offensively. Luckily for the Vikings, two 100+ yard receiving performances, and a 100+ yard rusher propelled them to their first win.

Dalvin Cook ran wild for 130 yards and two touchdowns, as he carried the ball a whopping 27 times. Houston has struggled against the run this season, and Minnesota smartly used Cook to their advantage.

Through the air, the Vikings saw big performances from both Adam Thielen and rookie Justin Jefferson.

Thielen had 8 catches, for 114 yards and a touchdown, while Jefferson had his second week in a row with 100 or more yards receiving.

Once Minnesota traded Diggs to Buffalo, the onus fell on Thielen and Jefferson to replace Diggs’ production, and the duo did just that on Sunday.
