2. Terry McLaurin Continues to Give Hope

When a team is early in the rebuilding process as in the case of the Washington Football Team, it’s important to identify the players that display potential to be a special player to build around.

One player that continues to play at that level is Terry McLaurin in the No. 1 receiver role. Against the Cardinals, he managed to haul in seven catches on 10 targets for 125 yards and one touchdown. That was despite the overall offense accounting for 233 passing yards.

Whether Dwayne Haskins is the quarterback of the future or not for Washington, they can be assured that McLaurin is the long-term answer at receiver. He continues to make the most of difficult situations.

It will be fascinating to see the type of results McLaurin can achieve whenever there are more threats for opposing defenses to have to account for. Until then, he will continue to make impressive plays for Washington’s offense as they continue to add talent.
