Houston Texans Came Away With Much Needed Win

After moving from former head coach Bill O’Brien, it was clear the Houston Texans needed to come away with a win in Week 5.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have failed to add to their win total since catching the Indianapolis Colts by surprise in Week 1. Had the Texans lost this game, they would have fallen to 0-5 at the hands of an AFC South foe that was 1-3 entering the matchup.

When thinking about the bigger picture in the even the Texans lost to the Jaguars, it’s important to consider their upcoming schedule. Houston faces the Tennessee Titans and Green Bay Packers next and could have potentially faced a real possibility of an 0-7 start.

Now, there is some reason for optimism for the Texans, even though it’s almost certain they will be unable to turn things around enough to earn a playoff spot.
