Los Angeles Chargers Suffer Yet Another Heartbreaking Loss

There are a variety of different ways to look at the Los Angeles Chargers’ loss to the New Orleans Saints and most of them show it being a tough outcome to swallow.

For starters, the Chargers holding a 20-3 lead at halftime and ending up with a loss is troubling in itself. How about the fact that Los Angeles missed a 50-yard field goal in a dome with no crowd noise and the game on the line?

Through just five games, the Chargers have experienced four losses within just a single possession. Additionally, two of their losses have occurred in overtime. That’s tough for any team to swallow since a few minor things could have them holding a drastically different record right now.

A silver lining for the Chargers is they have managed to stay competitive against tough opponents. With a rookie quarterback, they will eventually be able to pull out close wins on a more consistent basis as he develops.
