Ryan Fitzpatrick Put On A Masterful Performance

With all of the talk about the Dolphins needing to put Tua Tagovailoa into the lineup, it’s important for Ryan Fitzpatrick to put together strong performance to stay in the lineup.

Against the San Francisco 49ers, Fitzpatrick was phenomenal and played an integral role in winning this game. He completed 22-of-28 (78.6%) pass attempts for 350 yards and three touchdowns without having an interception.

The 99.1 QBR that Fitzpatrick posted against the 49ers happened to be the best total QBR of any quarterback in the NFL so far this season. As ESPN Staff Writer Cameron Wolfe noted, it’s tied for being the 18th best total QBR since 2006.

It was quite impressive how Fitzpatrick spread the ball around the offense by recording at least one completion to nine different receivers. There was just nothing the 49ers’ defense did that worked.
