The San Francisco 49ers Might Be In Trouble

It’s difficult for any team to overcome injuries to players who are key pillars to the franchise. There may not be an organization that is dealing with this more so far this season than the 49ers.

To make matters worse for the 49ers, there may not be a worse division than the NFC West for a team to be battling through a substantial number of injuries to key players.

The upcoming schedule for the 49ers features an absolute gauntlet, too. Next up, they take on the Rams followed by the Patriots, Seahawks, Packers, Saints, Rams (again), and Bills over the span of their next seven games. There is a real chance they could lose them all.

There is just no let-up in the standings from the competition now with the Seahawks (5-0), Rams (4-1), and Cardinals (3-2) all holding winning records so far. If the 49ers go on a losing streak during their brutal upcoming schedule, it could be enough to knock them out of playoff contention.
