Lamar Jackson
It would be hard to not put the reigning MVP in as a x-factor. Last season Jackson split the season series with the Browns but had two very good performances on a personal level.
In those two games he threw for 488 yards, 6 touchdowns, 2 interceptions, and ran for an additional 169 yards. Those are the types of numbers that led to him being crowned MVP.
Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens will be very keen on showing that the Titans did not find the secret formula to stop the powerful rushing attack. If the Ravens are going to find success again this year it will need to come from incorporating some new schemes that will throw defenses off balance.
The best time to show that they are capable of a new level is the first game of the season playing a division rival. Jackson will either show that he can take his skills to the next level and create consistent dominance, or that there is a secret to stopping the Ravens and that the NFL has figured it out.
